HPL Maker (previously known as Cladsun) is a trusted name in construction, home exteriors, and interiors. We are a leading manufacturer of HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) sheets and offer a wide variety of designs, colors, and budgets to cater to the specific preferences and needs of our customers.  

Having our brand established in 2015, we have a decent hold of the laminate industry and have a detail-oriented outlook on customers’ needs and demands. Our Head office and manufacturing unit is established in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and because of our central location; we can access the entire country through our depots and distributors, architects, businesses, owners of residential real estate, builders, steel manufacturers/vendors, and resellers are among our clientele.

HPL Sheets Composition

HPL sheets are made up by combining 48 layers of virgin kraft papers with 2 layers of decorative papers on top and bottom. The kraft papers dipped in phenol resin served to regulate the product thickness while the decorative papers dipped in melamine add the visual appeal through design and color.

How to identify real HPL Sheet

Real v/s Fake HPL

The laminate market is flooded with many HPL sheets; however, a purchaser needs to know the difference between genuine and counterfeit HPL. Before purchasing HPL sheets, one should take into account the following factors:  

  1. No aluminum components: A real HPL sheet is free from aluminum components. If anyone sells you an aluminum-based sheet with the name of HPL, consider it as a red flag and save yourself.
  2. No Plastic content: HPL is eco-friendly and does not have any plastic scrap in raw or any other form.
  3. Made from papers: HPL is made from virgin kraft and decorated papers.
