Packaging & Pricing 📦
All materials are provided with original roadworthy packaging, and the cost is inclusive of packaging.Transportation Charges 🚚
Transportation charges will be borne by the customer and will be charged as per actuals.Payment Terms 💳
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order booking, to be paid into the company’s current account. The remaining 50% is due before delivery.Late Payment Fee 💸
Interest at a rate of 24% per annum will be charged if payment is not received by the due date.Risk & Responsibility ⚠️
Our risk and responsibility for the goods will cease as soon as they leave our premises.Inspection Before Acceptance 👀
Before accepting the goods, please verify the number of packages, weight, and markings. The company will not be held responsible for any pilferage, theft, breakage, or shortages once the goods are accepted.Post-Delivery Care 🛠️
After cutting the boards into planks, kindly apply exterior-grade silicone or sealer on all edges and holes to ensure durability.Warranty Requirements 📸
Once the boards are applied on-site, it is mandatory to take pictures or videos with our branded protective film and share them with us at marketing@hplmaker.com. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided.Jurisdiction ⚖️
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.No Return Policy ❌
